our recommendation
We recommend downloading your materials promptly, storing them safely, and keeping a backup with your important property records. You may review completed materials with trusted family members, heirs, or advisors, but do not publicly share private documents, passwords, access links, or blank templates.
Can I file my documentation at the courthouse?
Yes. If you choose to file locally, you may print and submit your documents according to your county’s procedures. Filing is optional.
Can this help in the case of fraud or dispute?
Secure 1st Title & Deed™ materials may help you organize property-related records, document important details, and preserve helpful reference information. However, every fraud concern, ownership question, or dispute is different. These materials do not guarantee an outcome and are not a substitute for legal advice, title services, law enforcement, or county recording procedures. If you believe fraud or a dispute has occurred, please contact a qualified legal professional, your local county recording office, and/or the appropriate authorities.
Is this a legal service or title company?

We do not provide legal advice, title opinions, title insurance, deed preparation services, or filing/recording services.
Do I need a notary?
If you are keeping the document for personal records only, notarization may be optional. If you plan to file or record a document with your county, notarization or witness requirements may apply. Please check with your local county recording office, clerk’s office, or a qualified legal professional before filing.
