Education Before Fear
Homeowners deserve useful information that helps them understand property-related situations without unnecessary alarm.
ABOUT SECURE 1ST TITLE & DEED™
Secure 1st Title & Deed™ was created to help homeowners become more informed, organized, empowered and prepared around the property they own and the legacy they intend to leave behind.
Protecting Legacies with Precision™
WHY SECURE 1ST TITLE & DEED™ EXISTS
At Secure 1st Title & Deed™, I believe a home is more than a piece of real estate. It can represent years of work, family memories, responsibility and intention.
My role is to help Legacy Holders better understand, organize and prepare around important property information so they — and the people coming behind them — have greater direction.
Founded with purpose and guided by faith, Secure 1st Title & Deed™ brings education, organization, monitoring, property-readiness resources and legacy preparation together within one connected ecosystem.
MY PHILOSOPHY
And every homeowner has an opportunity to leave behind more than a deed. They can leave behind direction.™
MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m Sherlonda Mims, founder of Secure 1st Title & Deed™. The company grew from a deeply personal belief that homeowners deserve clearer ways to understand, organize and prepare the information connected to one of the most meaningful assets they may ever own.
I did not want Secure 1st Title & Deed™ to become simply another collection of documents. I wanted to build an educational and organizational ecosystem that could help a homeowner move from awareness to preparation with greater confidence.
That means combining homeowner education, practical resources, structured protection solutions, ongoing awareness and legacy preparation in a way that feels connected rather than fragmented.
The purpose remains simple: help each Legacy Holder better understand what they own, organize what matters and prepare with intention.
— Sherlonda Mims, Founder
ONE ECOSYSTEM. ONE MISSION. YOUR LEGACY.
Secure 1st Title & Deed™ is designed as a connected homeowner education and property-readiness ecosystem—not simply a collection of individual products.
GUIDED DIGITAL SUPPORT
Carla is part of the Secure 1st Title & Deed™ digital support experience, helping visitors find answers and navigate common questions about products, access, delivery and available resources.
Her role is not to replace licensed legal, financial, tax or real-estate professionals. Carla is designed to make the Secure 1st experience easier to navigate by helping Legacy Holders locate the educational information and support resources available to them.
As the Secure 1st ecosystem continues to grow, our digital tools will continue evolving with the same principle at the center: technology should support clarity—not create more confusion.
WHAT GUIDES THE WORK
Secure 1st Title & Deed™ is built around helping homeowners take thoughtful, practical steps without turning property preparation into fear.
Homeowners deserve useful information that helps them understand property-related situations without unnecessary alarm.
Important property information becomes more useful when it can be located, understood and shared intentionally.
Protecting what has been built also means helping prepare the people who may one day be responsible for it.
DEAR LEGACY HOLDER
