Protect Today. Prepare Tomorrow. Preserve Your Legacy.

Explore the Secure 1st Title & Deed™ Ecosystem™

The Secure 1st Title & Deed™ Ecosystem™ brings education, property-readiness tools, identity support, ongoing awareness, family preparation, and future digital access together within one connected legacy-focused system.

1

Awareness & Education

Build knowledge. Build power.

Every family has a story. Every home holds memories. And every homeowner has an opportunity to leave behind more than a deed—they can leave behind direction.

That begins with awareness.

Through videos, articles, checklists, email tips, and educational resources, Secure 1st Title & Deed™ helps homeowners better understand property records, common risks, family-readiness concerns, and practical next steps.

This knowledge prepares Legacy Holders to move into Step 2 with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.

2

Free Resources

Start with the essentials.

Secure 1st Title & Deed™ offers free tools that help homeowners identify possible gaps, organize important information, and begin evaluating their property-readiness needs before purchasing a product.

These resources help each person determine which level of support may be the best fit for their home, records, family, and legacy.

3

Foundation Protection

Secure what matters most.

This part of the ecosystem includes the guided documentation, ownership-readiness tools, record-organization resources, legal notices, and support materials contained within Secure 1st Title & Deed™ product offerings.

The Secure 1st Protection Kit™ provides the broadest foundational system, while the Deed Protection Plan™, Legacy Readiness Packet™, and Courthouse Print Pack™ address more specific needs.

4

Verification & Identity

Your property. Your proof.

Eligible Tier 1 customers receive a Secure 1st Private Access Code™ that can help the customer or an authorized family member verify the associated Secure 1st™ property record through the designated verification process.

The Access Code™ supports Secure 1st™ identity and record verification. It is not a government-issued credential, title opinion, deed, insurance policy, or guarantee of ownership.

5

Ongoing Protection

Stay protected. Stay informed.

Secure 1st Live Monitoring™ is a fee-based property-record awareness and notification support service designed to help enrolled customers remain aware of eligible property-record activity after enrollment.

Monitoring availability depends on jurisdiction, supported public-record sources, and enrollment eligibility. When meaningful record-related updates become available, Secure 1st™ may notify enrolled customers so they can review the information and decide whether further action may be appropriate.

6

Legacy Preparation

Prepare today. Protect tomorrow.

Legacy preparation helps families organize records, communicate intentions, identify trusted contacts, document where important materials are stored, and provide loved ones with clearer directions for the future.

The Secure 1st Legacy Readiness Packet™ is especially aligned with this stage, while legacy-focused resources also appear throughout other Secure 1st™ product offerings.

7

Future Digital Platform

Everything secure. Everything connected.

Secure 1st Title & Deed™ is already available online through its website, digital products, verification tools, educational resources, and support systems.

The planned Secure 1st Title & Deed™ mobile app represents the next phase of the ecosystem, with a goal of bringing more tools, access, organization, and support into one connected digital experience.

Future features, release timing, eligibility, and availability may change as the platform is developed and tested.

Important Monitoring Boundary

Secure 1st Live Monitoring™ is an awareness and notification support service related to supported property-record activity. It is not a legal service, title company service, county recording office, government filing service, or law-enforcement service.

It does not guarantee fraud prevention, detection of every unauthorized filing or property-record event, filing acceptance, legal or title outcomes, ownership status, or dispute resolution. Monitoring availability may vary by jurisdiction, supported record source, property type, and enrollment status.

Monitoring for Canadian properties must be confirmed before activation.

How the Four Protection Tiers Fit

Every tier serves a different purpose within the broader ecosystem. Customers may begin with the level that best reflects their current property-readiness and legacy-planning needs.

Tier 1 Secure 1st Protection Kit™

The most comprehensive foundational package, including guided property-readiness tools and a Secure 1st Private Access Code™.

Tier 2 Secure 1st Deed Protection Plan™

Guided deed-awareness, ownership-documentation, organization, and property-readiness support without an included Access Code™.

Tier 3 Secure 1st Legacy Readiness Packet™

Family-handoff, heir-communication, record-location, and legacy-organization tools for clearer future preparation.

Tier 4 Secure 1st Courthouse Print Pack™
