5. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support our business operations, when you direct or authorize us to do so, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests.

We may send essential transactional and service-related communications such as order confirmations, delivery notices, verification messages, monitoring notices, renewal communications or support responses. Promotional or marketing communications, when used, are separate from essential service communications.

7. Access Codes, Verification & Security

Secure 1st Access Code™ information is intended for private use by the customer and any person the customer intentionally authorizes. Customers are responsible for keeping their Access Code and downloaded materials secure.

Verification tools may apply security controls such as rate limits, temporary lockouts, logging or other safeguards designed to reduce misuse. Verification within the Secure 1st system does not establish legal ownership, title status or government identity.

8. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain business and security records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, support customer service, or protect our systems and rights. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information under our control. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should also use reasonable care when storing Access Codes, downloads and other private materials.

10. Children's Privacy

Secure 1st Title & Deed™ products and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18.

11. Your Choices
